I took this yote at about 75yds on the run. I guess I didnt follow through and and gut shot him. Any way I heard him sounding off a couple of times just inside the tree line and just before dark he broke out into the pasture in a dead run. Neadless to say I was waiting for him. I gave him a whistle to see if he would stop, but the only way to stop him was to take him out. Right after I shot this guy another one hit the pasture not ten yards where this on lay. At this time I was feeling like John Wayne and took another running shot! As you can see there is only one yote in the pic! haha

| We havent taken one yet. Plenty of opertunity but not the "right buck". Me and my son are going this weekend and I think Im going to let him take one of those little four or six points we have been seeing a lot of. It will be a good "first buck" for him. I will post if he is succesfull. |
